In all brewing phases, the time and temperature is maintained. Unlike the cumbersome equipment of many other amateur brewers not all the time has to be stirred when brewmaster. The patented malt pipe technology, the wort is gently and easily circulated. So burns to nothing and it must not during the brewing phase and are decanted.
